Customers may check the status of their order on their account on our website or Message our page by providing their order number.
Website Order Status legends:
Customers will usually see “ON HOLD” status on their account. To avoid confusion for new customers this means that the items are either not yet released, waiting for ship out date, or currently in transit to PH. The order status will change to “Preparing for delivery” when items arrive in PH. Customers will be contacted once their package is ready for local shipping.
