Unboxing video from box or pouch opening to showing all the items included in the package is required to issue a replacement. If you received an incorrect, incomplete or defective item you must report the incident upon receiving your package. You can reach us through our email attached to the unboxing video of the item. Our team will investigate the report and will be assessed within 24 hours.
